Virtual Individual Psychotherapy
Older adolescents and adults choose to engage in our virtual psychotherapy sessions from the comfort of their home as a convenient, accessible treatment intervention. Through secure video sessions, clients can explore their personal challenges, gain insight into their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, as well as develop coping strategies to support their daily functioning. The flexibility offered within virtual sessions is ideal for individuals seeking privacy, those with busy schedules, or those who may have limited access to in-person services, all while maintaining the effectiveness and personal connection of traditional therapy.

In working towards your goals, interventions may be derived from various treatment modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

In-Network Coverage
We are currently credentialed with the following insurance panels:

-
Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS)
-
United Health Care (UHC)
-
Aetna

Please note that individual insurance plans may vary, occasionally requiring pre-authorization for services or limiting the number of sessions. As such, it is recommended that you confirm your coverage with your insurance company directly.
Out-of-Network Coverage
Don't see your insurance company listed? We still might be able to help!

Private pay for each 50-minute therapy session costs $201, and payment is due in full at the time of your appointment. We require a valid credit card to be maintained on file to streamline the payment process, ultimately facilitating continuity of services.

Please refer to your insurance company to ask about your out-of-network coverage. If needed, we can provide you with a "superbill" to forward to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
